    64’ x 200’ lighted indoor with custom footing
    200’ x 180’ outdoor divided in half for jump and dressage/ground work/flat work
  • Heated barn with large stalls
    All stalls are Ag Lime with rubber mats and wood shavings
    Stalls are cleaned every day

    Heated viewing room with vending machines
    2 bathrooms, one with shower

  • Horse turnout 6 days a week with option for Sunday turnout
    Horses have dirt and grass paddocks – group size from individual to 5
    Hay is set out for horses when they are turned out in dirt paddocks
    Heated water outside in winter
  • Hay and Safe Choice Pellets fed twice daily
    Hay is made by owner at his farm in Burlington and is stored away from horses for safety
  • Owner lives on property for additional security
  • Trailer parking available
